I have checked that my version of Windows 10 is up to date, I go to "Connect" I can see the device trying to connect on the TV screen and via the laptop but then I receive a message that it was "Unable to connect" and that I should try via device settings. If your computer doesn't have bluetooth capability, then you need to buy a bluetooth attachment. Go to the website of the driver's manufacturer or computer's manufacturer > See if some driver is released for your model and OS > If yes, download that > In previous option, click Uninstall > Install the downloaded driver > Restart your computer If your computer has bluetooth capability, then you should install Bluetooth driver from manufacturer's website I am here to work with you on this problem.
